San Diego-based private equity firm Apex Ventures partnered with us to fully reimagine their outdated 1990s office into a forward-thinking headquarters that reflects their dynamic culture and attracts top talent in a competitive market. he complete gut remodel stripped the space back to the shell and introduced biophilic design, flexible workstations, and wellness-focused amenities—all while maintaining 95% occupancy for their 120-person team through careful phased construction.
